Ok so...here it goes. Audrey is almost 2 and I can't believe it! My baby is not really a baby anymore. She talks ALL the time and has favorite things already. She also tells us "no" whenever she feels like it. :) She is a sweet and funny girl still and I hope that doesn't change as she grows up.
Nate and I painted the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom this weekend. We LOVE the colors we picked and are happy to have made a step in the direction of progress. We still have more painting projects but if you have ever painted with your spouse before, you know you should take a break in between projects! haha. :)
Audrey has cut 3 of her molars and is currently working on the last one. That makes 11 (almost 12) teeth now. She loves the old school Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, Dora the Explorer, and Finding Nemo. She still loves Taylor Swift in the car, but she has taken a liking to rock music! She bobs her head and waves her fist in the air. She can point to all of her body parts (including little things like her eye brow and eye lashes). She can count to 5, though she refuses to say 1. She sings Twinkle, Twinkle and parts of You are my Sunshine. She can also spell her name perfectly, it sounds like a-ooh-d-o-e-yyyy! Love that!
I want to keep track of the words she knows at this young age. One day it might be fun to show her...so the following is for mommy documenting purposes only and you are not required to continue. :)
