Audrey's New Room

Audrey's new room is finally finished! Yay us! :-)

She is sleeping in a big girl twin bed now and doing great! She has been saying goodnight to her stickers before bed...she says, "nite nite sickers!" and gives the bird a kiss. Could she be any cuter??? ;-)

Our growing girl.

I took Audrey to her 2 year check-up this morning and she is doing amazing! Apparently, she just had a major growth spurt. On her birthday, July 29th, she was 34.25 inches tall and weighed in at about 27 pounds. Today, a little over a month later, she measured at 35.25 inches tall and weighed in at 29.2 pounds. What a good little grower! HA! :-) So she is at about 75% for her weight and 85% for her height.

She is doing absolutely great...we are so proud of her. She has over 150 words in her vocabulary now...though you may not understand all of them. ;-) She is running and jumping all over the place. She still adores Taylor Swift, that won't be changing anytime soon I don't think. She spells her name, counts to 10, knows some of her ABC's when we sing them together, and she sings Twinkle, Twinkle by herself. She LOVES Toy Story 2, Shrek, and any other movie with that type of animation. She stills loves Elmo and Abby too.

Audrey is sleeping in her big girl bed now and has been for about a month or so now...she is a great sleeper! :-) She has shown some interest in potty training, though our momentum seems to have faded. We are taking one day at a time with that.

Ice ice baby

We have become slightly obsessed with the show Glee recently. Audrey especially loves when the kids perform so she can dance her cute little butt off! Here she is showing off her awesome dance skills to some Vanilla Ice. :-)
